Projects

Overview

JFA Realty serves affluent buyers and investors across Miami and South Florida, from Star Island and Indian Creek to Brickell and Coral Gables, as well as pre-construction developments.

My Role

My role covered customising the theme into a luxury brand experience: the homepage design, community guides, new development and condo pages, the merch store and the English/Spanish setup.

What I Built

• Luxury hero with elegant serif typography and gold accents
• Community guides for premium Miami neighbourhoods
• Condos and New Development pages, plus a merch store
• English/Spanish language switcher, live chat and consultation contact forms

Challenges & Solutions

• A heavy real estate theme: I customised the Houzez templates and styles to achieve a refined look with serif typography and gold accents.
• A bilingual audience: I added an English/Spanish language switcher in the header.

Tech Stack

WordPress, Houzez theme, multilingual plugin, live chat

Overview

Orvix ERP is a complete business management system for small and medium businesses in Pakistan that need dependable software without relying on an internet connection or paying monthly subscriptions. It is built with Laravel 12 and shipped as a native Windows desktop app through NativePHP and Electron, with all data stored locally in SQLite.

My Role

I designed and developed the application end to end as the full stack developer, from database design and business logic to the user interface, desktop packaging and the licensing system.

Key Modules

• Sales and purchase invoicing with print support and returns management
• Inventory with stock tracking, low-stock alerts and CSV bulk import/export
• Customer and supplier ledgers with outstanding receivables and payables
• HR and payroll with attendance, leave management and salary slip generation
• Expense tracking with profit and loss reporting
• Role-based access control with granular permissions
• Backup and restore with scheduled automatic backups
• Audit logs that record every user action

Challenges & Solutions

• Slow startup: The app originally took around 60 seconds to cold-start. I precompiled and bundled the views and optimised the Electron build, bringing startup down to under 5 seconds.
• Keeping data safe during updates: I built a custom ProgramData runtime so the database, uploads and settings survive software updates and reinstalls.
• Unstable login sessions: I resolved NativePHP session handling issues on Windows so login and logout work reliably.
• Images without a web server: I added a custom storage file-serving route so product images and logos load fully offline.
• Protecting the software: I implemented an Ed25519 cryptographic license system to prevent unauthorised copies.

Delivery

Packaged as a Windows NSIS installer that installs like any desktop software. It runs completely offline, with no internet connection or monthly fees required.

Overview

Sati Health offers Semaglutide and Tirzepatide weight-loss programs online. Patients take a short intake quiz, consult licensed U.S. providers by video and receive medication at home, with no insurance or clinic visits needed.

My Role

My role covered building the website front end in WordPress and Elementor: the conversion-focused page layouts, the pricing and comparison sections, the interactive BMI calculator, and making every page fully responsive and accessible.

What I Built

• Conversion-focused homepage with trust badges and two clear calls to action (Intake Quiz and How It Works)
• Weight Loss treatment page with comparison tables and flat-rate pricing plans
• Interactive BMI calculator so visitors can check eligibility instantly
• FAQ, About and Contact pages, plus a link into the patient dashboard
• Live chat widget, accessibility toolbar and multi-language support

Challenges & Solutions

• Building trust for a medical service: I placed licensed-provider information, pharmacy details, guarantees and testimonials right next to the main calls to action.
• Complex pricing and eligibility: I turned them into simple pricing cards and a BMI calculator so visitors understand costs before starting the quiz.
• A broad, diverse audience: I added accessibility profiles and multi-language support and kept every section readable on mobile.
