Kunal Nijhawan helps buyers, sellers, investors and families across Langley, Surrey, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody.
My Role
My role covered building the personal-brand website: the luxury hero and stats, the consultation and home evaluation forms, the downloadable resources, the neighbourhood pages and the testimonials.
What I Built
- Dark, luxury hero with serif typography, gold accents and the agent’s portrait
- Book a Consultation and Download Free Resources calls to action
- Performance stats (homes sold, client satisfaction, years in BC) and award badges
- Neighbourhood guides for six Metro Vancouver communities
- Free home evaluation form, buyer/seller/investor guides, mortgage calculator and testimonials
Challenges & Solutions
- Making a personal brand feel premium: I combined a cut-out portrait, elegant serif headings and gold accents over a dark city backdrop.
- Capturing leads at different stages: I offered several entry points: consultation booking, home evaluation and free downloadable guides.
- Covering many communities: I built a reusable neighbourhood page layout for each area.
