Overview
Diabetic Supply Exchange buys sealed, unexpired diabetic supplies such as test strips, CGMs and insulin pump supplies, locally and nationwide, and pays quickly through PayPal, Venmo, Cash App or Zelle.
My Role
My role covered the full conversion flow: the above-the-fold quote form, the What We Buy catalogue, the bulk sales and location pages, and the trust elements that reassure first-time sellers.

Challenges & Solutions
- Visitors unsure about selling online: I added an FAQ on legitimacy, real reviews, “friendly, real people” messaging and clear payment options.
- More quote requests: I kept the form short with a product dropdown and offered call, text and form as alternatives.
- Two different audiences: I separated individuals from pharmacies and distributors with a dedicated Bulk Sales page.
