Overview
King’s Landing is a boutique brokerage serving Fishers, Geist, Noblesville, Lawrence and Indianapolis, focused on personal service rather than transaction volume.
My Role
My role covered building the brand-focused pages in WordPress and Elementor: the homepage, community and resource pages, the seller tools, the lead capture popups and a clear navigation structure, all fully responsive.
What I Built
- Hero section with the brand message and clear calls to action
- Community pages with local market data (price ranges, days on market, appreciation)
- Buyer and seller resources: home valuation, mortgage calculator, first-time buyer and escrow guides, moving checklist
- Lead capture popup with SMS and email consent, plus About, Team and Careers pages
Challenges & Solutions
- A very large menu: I grouped navigation by audience (Map Search, Buyers, Sellers, Communities, Resources) so visitors find what they need in one or two clicks.
- Compliant lead capture: I set up contact popups with clear SMS and email consent text.
