Overview
Windansea connects real estate investors with lenders and capital partners for DSCR, Fix & Flip, Ground-Up and Commercial loans, plus creative options such as private money, gap funding and JV connections.
My Role
My role covered turning the brand into a premium WordPress website: the loan program pages, the navigation structure, the deal submission and quote forms, and the Calendly booking flow, all fully responsive.
What I Built
- Premium navy-and-gold design with full-screen hero sections
- Loans and Creative Solutions dropdown menus, with a dedicated page for each program
- Submit a Deal form plus quote request forms for each loan program
- Strategy call booking through Calendly
- FAQ section and a fully responsive layout
Challenges & Solutions
- Many financing products: I organised them into two clear menus and gave every program its own page with a consistent layout and call to action.
- Getting qualified leads: I built a structured deal-submission form that collects the details the team needs to reply quickly.
- A premium look that stays fast: I paired serif headings with gold accents and overlay heroes while keeping images optimised.
